About GCC
General Construction Contractor Company Limited (GCC) is one of longest-standing construction groups, providing comprehensive construction, property and related services. GCC’s scope of services has grown to cover the entire spectrum of building, civil engineering, electrical and mechanical engineering, project and construction management, interiors and special projects, railway systems and property development. GCC also provides asset management services in Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland .
GCC is on the HKSAR approved list of contractors for public works (Group C - for contracts of any value) under the buildings, roads and drainage, site formation and waterworks categories, and has taken part in a wide range of construction projects in Hong Kong, including bridge and railways, mass residential developments, Grade-A commercial buildings, hotels and leisure projects, modern hospitals and university facilities, etc.
FROM ITS FIRM FOUNDATION IN HONG KONG, GCC HAS ALSO SUCCESSFULLY APPLIED ITS PROVEN EXPERTISE TO MACAU, CHINESE MAINLAND AND OVERSEAS REGIONS.
GCC was appointed as construction manager for the construction of the Sands Macau Casino, Sands podium and hotel, the Venetian Macau Resort Hotel, Four Seasons Macau Resort, Sands Cotai Central and the latest Parisian Macao. Moreover, the Group has completed the construction of Phase 2 of the Galaxy Macau™ in Cotai City and is currently working as the main contractor for the campus development at University of Saint Joseph in Macau.
Meanwhile, GCC has been actively expanding its property development business in Chinese mainland. The property development division comprises a team of dedicated veterans with extensive experience and network in Hong Kong and Chinese mainland. With La Viva, the Group’s major property development project in China, GCC is positioned to tap the opportunities arising from China’s rapid urbanization. Our strategy is to develop a series of modern and integrated new towns in the second and third-tier cities in China in an effort to offer local residents a new kind of lifestyle and international community, thereby raising their quality of life and introducing an unprecedented living experience.
